Mark Petersen
Principal
Mark Petersen's experience as a senior executive at BRE Properties Inc, Security Capital Group, Archstone and Essex Property Trust has prepared him for the leadership of Stonebridge Property Investments. Every firm has its own way of doing business; Mark's exposure to a variety of different approaches overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management has allowed him to adopt the best practices for Stonebridge Property Investments. Mark's experience in multifamily has aided him in creating streamlined processes for Stonebridge Property Investments, utilizing his experience in transacting over $1.8 billion worth of multifamily transactions and overseeing operations of a four-state portfolio.

Mark Petersen earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico and has completed post-graduate executive courses through the Massachusetts Institute of Technology – Slone School of Management and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill – Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is married with three children and resides in Laguna Niguel, California.
Pete Davis
Pete Davis has held senior level Construction and Project Management positions with three of the West Coast's top multi-family companies: Fairfield Residential, BRE Properties, Inc and JPI. Pete has executed the reposition and renovation of over 17,775 apartment homes across 360 complexes in the Western United States.

In addition to overseeing and implementing major repositioning and renovation work, he conducts field due diligence and maintains full budget and contracting responsibilities. Pete holds a Contractor's license from the State of California and has a degree in Construction Management from Orange Coast Community College.
