Stonebridge Property Investments is a real estate investment organization focused on acquiring multifamily investments throughout major markets in the Western United States including Southern and Northern California and the Pacific Northwest. Our secondary focus is in Arizona and Colorado.

Our strategy is simple, real estate markets are cyclical; the period we have now entered signals a "new opportunity" to acquire multifamily investments below replacement cost. By immediately capitalizing on inefficiencies in our targeted markets, we seek to provide our investors long-term sustainable cash-on-cash returns.

Stonebridge concentrates in supplied-constrained multifamily markets that offer desirable livability characteristics and have strong capacity for future growth. First, we look for multifamily investments that are centrally located to employment and entertainment centers with easy access to transportation corridors. Then, we seek only properties that have well-designed floor plans and amenity packages. Finally, investments that offer potential to increase property revenues through a future repositioning and/or capital improvement programs are strongly desired.

We take an institutional detailed approach to acquiring and operating our investments while keeping an entrepreneurial mindset in growing investment value. Once an investment is acquired, we believe that increased cash flow and property appreciation comes primarily from the execution of a well-conceived business plan that incorporates definitive capital improvement plans and stringent revenue and expense management programs.
